1. Ticket Reservation and sales are only open to HK residents holding valid HKID cards. And tickets can only be used by HKID card holders as well.
  2. All Hong Kong residents who would like to purchase Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games Tickets should complete the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games Ticket Purchaserˇ¦s Record Sheet. Please read through this Instruction together with the Ticket Sales Procedure and the Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales.
  3. The CTS will collect personal information in the process of ticket sales. CTS may forward the personal information collected to BOCOG or Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (HKPC&SAPD) for security reason.
  4. Please fill in the Record Sheet in black or blue ink and please write legibly.
  5. English and Chinese names on the Record Sheet should be identical to your HKID card. If you wish to purchase tickets for the Opening or Closing Ceremonies, the Record Sheet must be completed in person.
  6. Please provide at least one contact telephone number, fixed or mobile. We suggest you provide your mobile number.
  7. Correspondence address must be a valid Hong Kong address.
  8. If applicant cannot purchase tickets in person, he/she can authorize a representative. Please provide the personal information of the representative on the Record Sheet as well. No matter purchasing the tickets for yourself or for others, CTS will only accept the purchase of one HKID No for each person at the same time.
  9. Ticket prices are set by BOCOG in RMB. The CTS will only accept HKD for ticket purchase. All purchases are only confirmed with full payment.
  10. A handling fee is approved by BOCOG to be collected by CTS. Ticket prices and handling fees are listed out separately. Please browse our website: www.ctshk.com for ticket prices and handling fees of all sessions.
  11. All event dates, time, sessions, venues and prices are subject to final confirmation by BOCOG.
  12. Please keep all the Payment Receipt, Ticket Exchange Coupon safe and sound in exchange for the final Paralympic Games tickets in due course.
  13. All ticket purchasers agree that all tickets bought may not be re-sold or used to promote any person, entity, product or service. Ticket purchasers are liable for the consequences arising from the violation of the above.
  14. If the Games are cancelled or if BOCOG ceases to be responsible for organizing the Games, ticket purchasers agree not to bring any claim or take any action for indemnity, damages or compensation against BOCOG, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), the National Paralympic Committee of China (NPCC), HKPC&SAPD and CTS.
  15. Any unlisted matter will follow the rules and regulations of BOCOG.
  16. China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited has the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
  17. In case of discrepancy, Chinese version will be used.
