The China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited (CTS) has been officially appointed by The Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (HKPC&SAPD) with the approval of The Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) and The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) as the Official Ticket Agent of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games (Hong Kong Region). The ticketing arrangement for Paralympic Games is as follow (except Equestrian events):
- Date
The ceremony tickets has been open for sale from 10 April 2008. The tickets of other sports will be available from 29 August 2008.
- Ticketing Channels
2.1 Tickets will be available from 9am at CTS Mongkok Branch on a first-come-first-served basis.
2.2 Starting from 11am, remaining tickets can also be booked via CTS website, physical tickets can be redeemed within designated period at CTS Customer Services Centre (Mongkok).
- Form of Tickets
Physical tickets will be sold in CTS Mongkok Branch, need not to redeem tickets by exchange coupons.
- Quantity
4.1 Opening and Closing Ceremony: Each purchaser may select a maximum of 2 tickets per ceremony.
4.2 Sports events other than Equestrian: Each purchaser may select up to 3 different sessions and a maximum of 4 tickets per session.
- Information Submission
5.1 Ticket purchaser is required to submit a completed Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games Ticket Purchaserˇ¦s Record Sheet upon ticket purchase.
5.2 Ceremony ticket holder is required to submit the following additional documents upon ticket purchase:

If ticket holder cannot purchase ticket in person, he/she can authorize a representative. Please provide the personal information of the representative on the Ticket Purchaserˇ¦s Record Sheet together with a copy of the representativeˇ¦s identity document.
- Ticket Price
Ticket prices are set by BOCOG in RMB. The CTS will only accept HKD for ticket purchase. All purchases are only confirmed with full payment.
- Change and Refund
Once the Paralympic ticket purchase is confirmed, BOCOG and CTS will not give any refund or change due to any personal reason of the purchaser/ticket holder.
If a session is cancelled before it starts, and will not take place at a later time, ticket purchasers agree not to bring any claim or take any action for indemnity, damages or compensation against BOCOG, IPC, the National Paralympic Committee of China (NPCC), HKPC&SAPD and CTS. Purchasers can apply for a refund with well protected tickets after the Paralympic Games.
